Facts & Figures
The first Stokesley Show was held in 1859 and succeeding years since then with the exception of the two great wars when Red Cross fund raising smaller events took place. A full list of Presidents can be found on the History Page.
History
The year 2009 marked the 150th anniversary of the Society and to mark the occasion on Show Day the Stokesley Local History Society mounted an excellent display of the past 150 years of Stokesley as a town, with the Society displaying aspects of its last 150 years.
